Meet our Staff
Jon Herzberger
President
Jon joined the Serv-A-Pure team back in 2002 after graduating from Michigan Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Along with being President, Jon is also a 3rd generation owner of Serv-A-Pure, following in the footsteps of his Grandpa Howard who started Serv-A-Pure back in 1946, and father Rich, who was president for over 25 years. When not working Jon enjoys spending time with his family on their Pontoon boat, and attending his childrens many sports events.
Adam Wuerfel
Vice President
Adam graduated from Indiana Tech in 2006 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the Serv-A-Pure team a little over 1 year after graduation back in 2007. Since that time, Adam has taken on many additional roles here at Serv-A-Pure, including National Sales Manager along with Vice President. Outside of work, Adam enjoys coaching many different sports that his children participate in and also spending time outside on the golf course or in the woods hunting during the beautiful fall season in Michigan.
Sarah Hendrickson
Customer Service / Accounts Receivable
Sarah has been a valuable member of the Serv-A-Pure team since 2008, and has taken over the role of Office Manager. Sarah is also responsible for all billing and accounts receivable. Outside of work, Sarah can often be found floating in her pool with a cold drink in hand, relaxing with her family at the farm, or being the loudest cheerleader for her three children.
Megan Dean
Customer Service / Shipping Manager
Megan started as a part time student/employee back in 2013. As Serv-A-Pure has grown over the years so has Megan's role. Megan ensures everything in the office runs smoothly and is in charge of booking all incoming/outgoing shipments and has recently joined the purchasing department as well. During the summer months, Megan enjoys time on the pontoon boat and spending time with family.
Laura Townsend
Customer Service / Order Fulfillment
Laura began her careeer at Serv-A-Pure at the start of 2024. Some of Laura's responsibilities are processing orders, phone support and parcel shipping. When not at work Laura can normally be found proudly supporting her niece and nephew from the sidelines of the many sporting events.
Lynn Herzberger
Accounts Payable
Lynn took over the accounts payable and accounting department back in 2022, leaving the nursing world after 19 years. Lynn spends her free time in the gym watching her daughter play volleyball, and at the football and baseball fields watching her son do what he loves. She also spends many days and nights volunterering at church and her children's high school.
Jacob Kaufmann
Shipping & Receiving
Jake started with Serv-A-Pure back in 2021 as our lead shipping and receiving agent. Jake takes great pride in his work to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and with no damage. When Jake is not getting 20,000+ steps in a day around the warehouse you can find him hitting the golf course, spending time up at the lake, or getting in the occasional game of Fortnite or Runescape.
Cristian Cooper
Service Technician / Warehouse Technician
Crisitian joined the Serv-A-Pure team in 2018 as one of our local service technicians. Cristian spends most of the work day on the road, servicing our local water customers and helping out in the shop when possible. Cristian enjoys spending time with his family and son outside of work and has been known to enjoy the occasional glass of good whiskey or tequila.
Jason Petrimoux
Service Technician / Warehouse Technician
Jason joined the Serv-A-Pure team back in 2019. Starting out in the shipping department, Jason's role quickly adjusted to becoming one of our local service technicians and lead production in the shop. Jason can often be found on the court, field, or stands coaching and supporting his children in all of their activities. Jason has also been a lifelong Detroit Sports fan and is looking forward to more domination seasons from the Detroit Lions in the near future.
William Peppel
Warehouse Technician
Bill is currently the longest running employee here at Serv-A-Pure, being with the company since 1997. Bill is responsible for all deionization tanks that come in and out of Serv-A-Pure, filling all sizes of our pre-packaged DI water and many other jobs around the shop. Bill enjoys growing his garden during the Summer here in Michigan, putting many miles on his ATV and will occasionaly find him as the lead singer of his band.
