The 5000TOCi sensor uses proves ultraviolet oxidation with differential conductivity to effectively determine TOC concentrations. The sensor meets pharmaceuticals requirements for USP 643, 645 and EP 2.2.44, CH P and JP16. The 5000TOCi is also suitable for semiconductor ultrapure water monitoring.
