Serv-A-Pure DI-SKID-24, Portable Deionized Water System, Up to 24 GPM

The Serv-A-Pure DI-SKID-24 is a portable DI water skid that is designed to be used for multiple applications across all different industries. This aluminum skid mounted deionized water system can produce  Type II DI water at a flow rate up to 24 gallons per minute and can be used with a city water or pure water feed. If fed from a pure water source, it will greatly increase the lifespan of each tank.

This skid is very simple to use and all of the tanks come pre-plumbed. All you need to do it hook up the water supply to the inlet of the skid and then connect your process/application to the outlet of the skid. Three tanks are connected in parallel to act as the worker tanks, then the final 3 tanks are connected in series with the initial three to act as the polisher tanks. There is a convenient resistivity light installed between the worker and polisher tanks to notify you when the first three tanks have become exhausted. We also include a final 5 micron 20" BB sediment filter to ensure no resin/sediment makes it into your final process. This system incorporates all the benefits and simplicity of deionization (DI) without the added cost, complexity, and water waste of reverse osmosis (RO).

Serv-A-Pure DI-SKID-24 Water System Components:

  • (1) Brass Inlet Valve
  • (1) SS Outlet Valve
  • (6) 13" x 54" DI Tanks that come pre-filled with mixed bed DI resin
  • (1) Interconnecting plumbing
  • (1) Water resistivity light to notify you when the first three tanks are exhausted
  • (1) 4.5" x 20" 5 Micron Final Sediment filter
  • (1) Filter Housing Spanner Wrench
  • (1) Final Resistivity Monitor (Option for Purity light or digital monitor)
  • (1) Aluminum Skid

The 1447-2-3BB System performs a 3 stage purification process*:

  • Stage 1: (3) 13" x 54" Worker DI Tanks
  • Stage 2: (3) 13" x 54" Polisher DI Tanks
  • Stage 3: (1) 5 Micron Sediment Filter

What Happens When The Tanks Are Exhausted

There are 2 different options you can choose from when all 6 of your DI tanks have become exhausted:

Option #1: We have conveniently equipped each 13" x 54" tank with the Clack C1190 head. Using the C1190 head allows you to change the resin in each tank yourself. You simple remove each tank from the skid, remove the C1190 head, empty the resin out of the tank and re-fill each tank with our SAP-MB-450 resin. The exhausted resin is not hazardous and can be thrown away at any waste removal facility. It will take you 22.5 cubic foot to re-fill all 6 tanks. Contact us for special pricing on the resin you need to refill these tanks

Option #2: You can order a new skid from us and send your old exhausted one back to us. Once we receive the exhausted system back from you, we will credit you the core charge for the returned system. The cost of shipping both ways will be covered by us. This will be your easiest and cheapest option to keep your system up and running.

Capacities
The capacity of this DI system is dependent on the quality of the water fed to the tank. The worse water fed to a DI tank, the less amount of gallons of pure water it will produce. The better the feed water, the more gallons of pure water the DI tank will produce. The following chart is to be used as a reference only, as to how many gallons a DI tank of this size will produce. For more in depth information regarding the amount of gallons a certain DI tank will produce, please contact our engineers.
