This Millipore Sigma Milli-Q® Direct water purification system provides pure and ultra-pure water directly from tap water. The Direct 8 can provide pure water (Type 3) at 8L/hour and ultra pure (Type 1) at 2L/min for labs needing up to 160 L/day.

Overview:
The Milli-Q® Direct systems produce both pure (Type 3) and ultra-pure (Type 1) water directly from the tap. The pure water is produced by using reverse osmosis techniques before it is stored in a tank. Pure water can be sourced through a front valve of the tank or sent by a delivery pump to feed instruments such as a glassware washing machine, or further processed by the Milli-Q Direct to produce ultra-pure water.
