Aquafine SBV600-PMO Swift Beverage PMO Series UV System
Aquafine SwiftBeverage systems comply with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) for the dairy industry and have been designed to meet the diversion requirement, regulate flow, and have the required sensor per lamp to ensure full compliance with the PMO.
The SwiftBeverage has been validated through microbial testing. Through this testing, performance data has been generated for UV dose delivery to inactivate Cryptosporidium, Giardia, and Adenovirus.
Featuring the industry’s most advanced low-pressure, high-output (LPHO) amalgam lamp technology, the SwiftBeverage series consists of a 316L stainless steel treatment chamber and a NEMA 12 (Type 12) Mild Painted Steel control cabinet featuring a microprocessor-based controller.
The compact size maximizes installation flexibility and preserves floor space with the ability to mount inline or horizontally and complies with stringent NSF 61 standards.
Key Features and Benefits
- Electrical Efficiency: Low-pressure high-output amalgam lamps can reduce power consumption and system maintenance requirements
- Advanced Controls: Robust and user-friendly microprocessor-based controller provides rich, real-time control and system information
- Compact Footprint: Can handle maximum flow capacity in minimal space. Its compact design allows it to be installed vertically or horizontally in restrictive spaces, thereby lowering installation costs
- Guaranteed Performance and Comprehensive Warranty: When you use genuine Aquafine parts, we guarantee that your system will meet the requirement specified at purchase, provided that the system's original design parameters haven't changed (e.g., flow rate, UV transmittance) and maintenance is completed per the UV systems O&M manual
Cost Efficient, High-Output Amalgam Lamps
- Low-pressure high-output amalgam lamps provide you with high performance, low energy consumption, and low maintenance requirement
- Only need to replace lamps once a year - saves about 25% in lamp costs and reduces system downtime
- Saves up to 62% in electricity fees
- Low request for lamp and chamber clean-ups - saves labor fees and reduces system downtime
